RMA Policy
You may exchange your purchase for a comparable product of equal value within 30 days. Simply fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, and place the product in the original product packaging with all items from the original order. Exchanges should be mailed to the address listed on the RMA form. Exchange requests MUST be accompanied by the original receipt, RMA form, and be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. Please allow 1 weeks for processing. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail, as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. All return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
